Every Body

A 6-week program for folks who are new to exercise and haven't been to the gym in a while (or ever). It takes place in a safe, fun, and welcoming environment.

A Positive Relationship with Food

Learn about healthful nutrition and feel connected to your food in a mindful, shame-free way.

Functional Fitness

Focus on foundational movement patterns to gain body control and core strength. Learn functional movements that translate directly to your everyday life.

Why does it work?

Body Adapt is a jump start to healthy habits, giving you the tools you need to make fitness and nutrition work for you. After completing this 6-week program our athletes have higher energy, lower inflammation, and more confidence. We work with you to meet your needs without shame or guilt. Our fitness program will help you feel powerful again. Our nutrition program will teach you how to eat to support that power. Body Adapt is not a weight loss program, it is an opportunity to value your health.

Upcoming Sessions

Morning session: May 13th - June 24th, Mondays and Wednesdays 6:00-7:00am (no class on Monday 5/27)

Evening session: May 13th - June 20th, Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm

Introductory meeting for both sessions on Monday, May 13th 6:30-7:30pm 


$350 for full 6-week program, includes:

  • 12 in-person fitness classes
  • 6 online nutrition classes
  • 6 class mobility punch-card to try our stretchy recovery classes
