Why does it work?

[Em]Power Beginner is a jump start to healthy habits, giving you the tools you need to make fitness work for you. After completing this 5-week program our athletes have higher energy and more confidence. We work with you to meet your needs without shame or guilt. Our classes are designed to help you feel powerful again. [Em]Power Beginner is not a weight loss program, it is an opportunity to value your health.
