GETTING STRONG TOGETHER
Solcana teens strength team is a class just for teens who want to workout and get strong! Through our team, teens will learn and advance their knowledge of a technical skill as well as work on fitness. Teens will learn how to lift weights in a fun, welcoming environment under the supervision of a professional coach. In class, we will focus on learning the technical foundations for strength movements, such as: back squat, deadlift, bench press, clean and jerk, and snatch. We will focus on getting strong, getting our sweat on and having fun.

We will have five 6-week sessions throughout the school year for your family to choose from. Sign up for as many sessions as you would like! Pricing is $150/session, with a 10% discount for paying for all session up front.
- Session 1: September 4th- October 11th
- Session 2: October 23rd-December 6th
- Session 3: January 8th- February 7th
- Session 4: February 19th-March 21st
- Session 5: April 9th- May 16th
